Product Facility
Located in the hub of all enterprises, we proudly introduce our monolithic,
state-of-the-art Continuous Casting Plant and Pakistan Steel Mill Corporation. Utilizing only prime quality M.S billets, our Plant offers a luxury of high-tech machines, not only offering quality products but ensuring precision and finesse in the finished outcome. Automatic Cutting ensures our customers are catered to be with the utmost form of accuracy, accommodating their personal requirements, and providing them with a by-product worthy of praise. Through innovation and automation in the manufacturing process enable us to a present production capacity of 1, 50,000 M. Tons per year.

Re-Rolling Mill.
Our Rebar mill is fully automated with three-speed stands. Siemens Plc
the system ensures every bar is millimeter perfect. High-Speed Finishing stands
ensure that steel is produced and optimum temperature and compaction.
Furnaces.
Two Inductotherm USA furnaces 8 tons and 12 tons with a production capacity
of 250 tons per day. The billet is produced through Continuous Casting which
ensures complete compaction and homogenous composition.
Coal Gasification Plant
We have the capability of producing Natural Gas for our Re-Heating furnace
through coal gasification. Our plant size is 3.0 M and was imported from
China.
Cooling Bed.
150 feet long Cooling bed is the biggest in the area, our automated Rotary
Shear can cut steel as per the requirement with perfection. Every batch is bundled
and tagged and can be traced back to production
